So, I have made a decision that I am going to allow only some parts of my content for free from now on. This is good news to those who listen to my podcasts because they will not only continue to be free, but will also start to improve as I set things up to do interviews and research new and exciting topics in the field of mental health. It is my hope that the increased revenue from my substack page (if it works out that way) will help me to develop new aspects of podcasting. As for my blog posts, something I love doing, I have made the decision that 2/3 of them will be for paid subscribers only.
This means that around once a week, everyone will have access to a free blog post, but twice a week I will be sending them out to just paid subscribers. A subscription is just $8 a month and honestly, I put a great deal of time and effort into the blogs that otherwise could be spent working at my freelance career. I have had to face some material hardships lately for a number of reasons and the sad truth is, either I start to get more aggressive about getting paid followers, or I will have to shut my substack down. I may also set things up in the near future where one podcast is free, and the next one is paid only.
